Hi everyone!

Does anydody kknow why this song is listed as "It's A Sad, Sad X-mas (Single Version)" on "The Early Years" compilation? Is there another version of it rather than "single version" and what the difference between usual and single versions?

Thanks.

There's only 1 version of Sad Sad X-Mas, and most likely it's listed as single version, as it was originally released as a single. It didn't appear on the original vinyl version of Draws a Circle. It's listed as a bonus track on the cd version.
Many of their songs have album and single versions (1900andyesterday and Hey Now for example). Single/radio versions are often shorter compared to album versions. The single version of Empty Heads I recall contains the sirens as they appear in the video, but not on the album version.
