For those of you who own this DVD, did yours come with a booklet or anything? Mine did not. I also found it odd that it was Region 1 where I could view it on my American DVD player.

the dvd is not region 1... it region 0 (aka no/all regions) - it unfortunately for our american fans only comes in PAL... it should be possible to convert it to NTSC using the right programs and a dvd-burner...

@ Zleep-Dogg

Hey, any idea how to do to converting easily as well as with proper results?
I'm at the time trying to convert the named DVD to NTSC but after I got a bit deeper into that topic I had to figure out that there is more or less no problem to convert stuff in NTSC -Norm into PAL but the opposite way comes along with a bunch full of trouble. I at the time have a try with DVDlab on its way to the US, maybe I succeeded...

To the ones being able to watch the PAL DVD on their DVD-Player in "NTSC-land": Good luck - equipement manfactured for europe most times are able to do playback from media that is either PAL or NTSC. For reasons I do not understand the majority of equipement built for the NTSC-norm-using market this fine flexibility is prohibited and only a small number of DVD-Player (e.g. imported ones) are capable to playback both norms.

Last: No, at least my edition of "Good Clean...", ordered via Amazon.de, came without booklet.
