Really great news!

A new live cd and a new live dvd - YEAH!

But I surely hope that there will be a couple of new tracks on the CD or at least some b-sides as a bonus!

They should release a b-side cd simultaneously. When I talked to Jesper Binzer a couple of months after the release of Soft Dogs, he said that they were ready to make a b-side album. They just had to fix the last details. But then the whole WigWam thing began. And we havent seen or heard anything about the b-side release since Smiley-midget-sad

But great news anyway! Smiley-midget

Gonz - just wondering... did you taste their food before or after they ate it? Smiley-wink

anyway - great news indeend Smiley-midget-laugh I'm Scared Smiley-skull but since they are already cutting a few shows together, it'd be nice to se a bit from all the tour show and not just the copenhagen ones...

Zleep - According to the news section the recordings are only from Copenhagen and Roskilde. So no footage from bad-ass northern Jutland!

The concert from Roskilde Festival will do.!.

But it would be nice if we also got some from the autom tour - Then we will get tracks like: Overmuch, Isnt that wild, riding with sue, hate to say, home alone 4 etc - songs they didnt play at roskilde.

They played about 19 songs at Roskilde. But I cant remember which. But I know they played about 7 songs from the new album.

Well, if they are going to make a DVD with songs from different shows, they need to make it like for example U2's "Rattle And Hum", which is both a concert movie AND a documentary. This way, it's much more easy to go from one concert to another. AND you get interviews with the band... Smiley-wink

And great news by the way! Can't wait to see/hear it.

Normally i like full (uncut) concerts.

But bands tend to avoid those releases because they want every song in the set to come out strong. And a full uncut concert DVD will contain some bad notes and forgotten lyrics.

Real fans don't mind that though - we want it raw, so please, D-A-D, keep it raw.

Yeah, I think its very anoying when the show gets interrupted by small movie/interview sequences (like on green day's bullet in a bible). Give us the uncut show.

I agree. It would be anoying, if the concert got interrupted with small comments and interviews. But it could also be interesting.

So I think they should make the comments/interviews as the 'directors comments' on an usual DVD - something you can turn on and off. Or else the comments will be anoying in the long run!

yeah count me in for an uncut complete concert! And then besides lot of interviews and bonus stuff! I hope that they will put on the videoes for "Hey now" and the upcoming video for "Lawrence of surburbia" Smiley

I don't mind the "Bullet In A Bible" version of a live DVD - at least it contains songs performed at the same venue.

Amazing news! I'm in NTSC land & theres a convertion problem but it's always worth it if it's D-A-D!
B.T.W. ( slightly off topic ) On the making of Scare Yourself Jesper mentions alot of strain & force on his vocals during Helpyourselfish. Alot of fans have mentioned in the past they'd like to see some material from D-A-D that's along the line of Helpyourselfish. Just wondering if this has any influence on this topic.
I realize D-A-D is continuously changing in musical style.
