hmm crappe... just wondering... here http://www.d-a-d.dk/forum/index.php?pageid=2&showfather=10662&room=2 you say "Jesus christ .. Freaks!
And you call yourself fans, or what?" because somone says it's ok to copy a hard-to-get disc like osaka untill you can get the real thing and here it's "good spirit" to copy? both are quite illegal, though they're commonly accepted...
but i certainly agree with you that noone should sell bootlegs like this!! and midfield - if you do this again, I'll personally report you to APG though I'm usually in the apg-hating-group... sharing is fine with me, but makin money on other people's work is NOT!
"man like dog can be taught not to talk..."

ZD -> Hard-to-get or not, it's illegal to copy cd's with copyrights..

ZD - Well by sharing the artists also loose money... sometimes
A girl phoned me the other day and said "Come on over, there's
nobody home." I went over. Nobody was home.

the Marlboroman > not with bootlegs...
- Do a Helpyourselfish II
- Play Roskilde again

crappe - impossible to get legal or not - it's illegal to share bootlegs as well and so is recording a radioshow and sharing that! I think those laws are wrong, but it's still illegal...
Posted: Tue, 2005-07-26 00:20
however when someone tries to make money by selling bootlegs so higly overpriced, iI certainly DON'T think it's ok...

ZD - Well there are two points in why it's illegal to share bootlegs.
If it's a radio broadcast, the radio company own the rights to that recording, so you have to buy the rights for it (You could contact DR to get hold of that Roskilde recording).
Then in theory some people could just get a free (almost) bootleg and then get the music that way, and then not buy the original albums, it may be rare, but it could accour.
I think this is why it's illegal.
But still D-A-D support the idea of trading boots, Stig got some I've heard.

Marlboro - one of the reasons many artists support boot trading, is that the people trading boots are often the most "fanatic" fans, and therefore also the ones that probably spent the most money on the band anyway

What would be really cool is if D-A-D put loads of concerts online for us to download, like at www.livemetallica.com. It would make the band some money and would save everyone from having to trade bootlegs!

I think it's cool to trade... and i love to hear what other have to trade with...
